- Combination of TRADITIONAL & BOA LACING SYSTEMS.
Advantage:
- Combine convenience and customizable tension
- Light weight
- Faster & easier than traditional lacing systems
- No need to remove your gloves to adjust
- Allow the forefoot and ankle/lower leg to tighten independent from each other
Disadvantage:
- Difficult to get really tight
- Difficult to release tension
BOA LACING SYSTEMS
- BOA is comprised of a circular ratchet dial connected to an aircraft-grade, stainless steel lace.
Advantage:
- GREAT choice for new riders
- Quick and easy micro adjustability to your boot fit
- Easy to operate with one hand
- Allow the forefoot and ankle/lower leg to tighten independent from each other
- The grip on your foot is incredibly secure and strong
Disadvantage:
- Can cause pressure points
- Difficult to replace when the stainless steel lace (wire) break
